How fees work
What you pay depends on who pays. Each answer is here in plain words, and our case coordinator goes through yours before your first visit.
Insurance we work with
We bill workers' compensation carriers, auto injury coverage and many commercial plans. The list is by type of plan, not by company. Tell us who your adjuster is or show your plan card, and we check with the payer before you start.

If you pay yourself
Some people pay for their own visits, for example when no claim is open yet. The fee depends on the visit and how long it is, and we tell you before you book. Ask the case coordinator about reduced-fee spots.
An estimate in advance
If you pay without insurance, we give you a written estimate before your first visit: what we expect each visit to cost and what it includes. If a bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute it under federal law. You can ask for an estimate at any time.
Checking your benefits
Our case coordinator checks your coverage and calls you with what she finds, before your first visit. For workers' compensation, that means confirming the payer and the case contact you give us. Your payer has the final say on what it pays.
What the first visit includes
Your first visit is about an hour with a physical therapist. They ask about your job, examine you, explain what they find and agree on a plan with you. They also explain the risks and the choices.
